2. Payment & Financial Data (OnePay)

We prioritize the highest standard of financial security for every transaction conducted on our portal:

ALEcon.LK never stores, transmits, or has access to your full credit/debit card numbers, CVV security codes, or internet banking passwords. All payment credentials are encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on OnePay's PCI-DSS compliant secure infrastructure.

For manual bank slip uploads, verification slips uploaded by students are stored securely in protected storage and viewed solely by authorized staff to approve course access.

4. Tutorial Delivery & Third-Party Couriers

When you enroll in courses with physical tutorial delivery, your shipping recipient name, delivery address, and contact number are shared strictly with our contracted courier and postal delivery partners for the sole purpose of parcel delivery.

We never sell, lease, or distribute student contact details or demographic information to any outside marketing companies or third-party advertisers.
